AFM is initiating this session.
More and more organizations are making the move from classical performance management to modern performance management. This focuses on continuous dialogue (good conversations) and decouples appraisal from pay. We set up this spar session to share best practices regarding this disconnection and also to discuss experiences regarding the introduction and further development of the continuous dialogue in organizations.
