Sales Team – Enhance sense of belonging

We will be sparring about how to provide HR support to relatively small local sales teams in relatively large organizations, with emphasis on increasing sense of belonging, enhancing “line of sight from “Top Line”  to “Bottom Line” and ensuring cross functional leverage with e.g. the services and logistics part of the organization. The meeting will be pitched by Jeroen Gotlieb who (in addition to C&B role) is responsible as HR BP for local sales group.
